Alex Eala attended her first Paris Fashion Week show.
In a video shared by Vogue on Instagram, Alex graced Chanel's Spring-Summer 2027 presentation alongside her mother, Rizza Maniego-Eala.
In an interview with Vogue Philippines, Alex discussed her experience attending a Chanel show in Paris for the first time.
“It’s so surreal to experience the collection, to experience Chanel in Paris. I wouldn’t have it any other way for my first show," she remarked.
The Filipina tennis star also highlighted some of her favorite looks from the collection.
"I love the kind of wind dresses, very flowy. I feel like one was inspired by day and the other by night. I also really love the very structured dresses. very simple and so many details. I love how they blended kind of simple silhouettes details. And I think everything was very wearable, and that what stood out to me," she said.
When it comes to her personal style, Alex said she tends to keep things more relaxed when she is off the court. “On my day off, I would definitely lean to more casual, but I do love to dress up," she relayed.
Alex described attending the Chanel show as a milestone she will always remember.
“This is an experience of a lifetime for me. I’m a Chanel girl through and through, so just taking it all in," she stated.
Prior to attending Paris Fashion Week, Alex recently competed at the 2026 Asian Games, where she won a bronze medal.

In September, she also made her New York Fashion Week debut by attending the Tory Burch fashion show.
In a recent interview with Cultured Magazine, Alex spoke about the similarities between sports and fashion, particularly as forms of self-expression.
"Sports and fashion are common in a way where you get to express yourself and you get to show your personality," she highlighted.
The Filipina tennis added: "Sports is very physically demanding and fashion... maybe come back to me after this week and I'll know more about it."
