Kapamilya actor Zanjoe Marudo revealed that his wife, actress Ria Atayde, is pregnant with their second child. During the special screening of the film Apol of My Ai earlier this week, the celebrity father happily shared with the media present at the event the good news about their growing family.
Zanjoe and Ria’s eldest child, Marcel Sabino, just turned two recently.

“Buntis si Ria, buntis siya, hindi lang namin ina-announce,” Zanjoe revealed.
The Kapamilya actor then quipped that he’ll get back to the question about how many months along Ria is, but asserted that he was serious about the revelation.
“Bilangin ko. Pag sure na ako sabihin ko,” he maintained.
Zanjoe added how happy he is with the pregnancy announcement as they’re blessed with another child. He maintained that he is happy with whatever gender their second baby will be as he considers it a blessing.
“Oo naman, siyempre, blessing yun,” he said.
When asked by the press about the changes in his life when it comes to fatherhood, Zanjoe admitted how eager he is to go home knowing his family is waiting for him. He added how the routine in his life has changed as he doesn’t want to leave his home.

“Iba na, mas iba na ang routine ng buhay ko ngayon. Lagi nang gustong umuwi sa bahay siyempre, laging ayaw umalis sa bahay… Laging masaya sa bahay eh, mayroon kang sariling pamilya,” he admitted.
The Kapamilya actor then gave a glimpse of how their eldest child has been and the joy he brings into their lives.
“Makulit si Sabino, e, medyo nakakatawa rin siya, ang dami niyang napapatawang tao. Medyo pilyo, may pagkapilyo nang kaunti, may pagka Bugoy, alam niya kung paano magpatawa. Alam mo yun, marunong nang magloko kahit bata pa lang, alam na nagloloko siya,” he expressed.
Previously, Ria shared with ABS-CBN News how she’s embracing the “most important role” in her life as she isn’t returning to acting anytime soon.
“Pero again I wouldn't replace the time I have now and the role that I'm playing now is I think the most important role I've ever been given in my life. So i-embrace ko lang muna. You know siguro when Bino is a bit bigger, pwede na po. Pero for now 'di naman wala pa,” Ria previously shared.
