Karen Davila took to social media to share snapshots of her adventures with family and friends in scenic Capri, Italy.
The Kapamilya news anchor shared that they took the trip before her son Lucas heads off to college.
"LA DOLCE VITA! 🍋 Capri… lemons, linen, dancing in the streets and lots of sunshine! One of my favorite places ever! ☀️" she posted.
"Memorable summer together as our youngest Lucas goes off to college soon!" she added.
In another post, Karen shared snapshots of them boating along the Amalfi Coast, with the stunning cliffs of Capri serving as the background.
"Weather might be at 37 degrees C but the water is at a cool 24 😂 Yes… it’s chilly… then gets tolerable! Haha!" she said.
She went on, "The Amalfi Coast is absolutely stunning with Capri’s iconic, massive, craggy block of karst limestone. Actually similar to EL NIDO! 😉 Over millions of years, water erosion has created the dramatic cliffs, towering sea stacks and caves - like the famous Faraglioni & the Blue Grotto."
"When in Capri, you must rent a boat. Go for the day or two and have lunch on another island. We ventured to Nerano!" she added.
Lucas graduated from the International School Manila this past May.
"Today, my heart walks across a stage. From the toddler that brought us so much joy, to the young man now ready to take on the world. Watching you grow Lukie has been such a gift," Karen posted on Instagram at that time.
Reflecting on her son's journey, she expressed her pride and unwavering love.
"I am so proud of the human you have become. No matter how tall you grow or how far life takes you, you are always in my heart. Your mom for life ❤️," she said.
She concluded her tribute by reminding Lucas of the faith and support surrounding him as he starts his next chapter.
"You are so loved Lucas ❤️ Always remember that wherever you go. Love you always forever and forever. Live your life for Christ, God’s good purpose and glory. Happy Graduation Lukie! #ISM2026," she remarked.
