Actress and SexBomb Girls member Sunshine Garcia broke her silence as she defended her husband, Bulacan Vice Governor Alex Castro. In her Facebook post, the celebrity wife shared the challenges her husband has to face especially during the past few weeks due to the rain and flood in the Bulacan province.
Sunshine maintained that her husband is a good person and is trying his best to alleviate the situation with the tools he has.
The actress shared that her husband, as the Vice Governor of Bulacan, is tasked to make resolutions and laws. Despite this, he goes beyond his official job description as he tries to help the province.
“Sa posisyon ni Alex bilang VG more on sa batas at resolusyon ang trabaho nya. Pero hindi sya nag stop duon lahat ng makakatulong sa Bulacan ginagawa nya even makabangga na sya ng taong mas mataas sa kanya,” she added.
Sunshine asserted that even without cameras, Alex has been working hard. She stressed how he doesn’t stop working, even while he’s at home, especially during the past few weeks.

Despite the backlash he receives, Sunshine maintained that they understand where the constituents of Bulacan are coming from.
Towards the end of her post, Sunshine assured that her husband will continue to serve despite the attacks against him. She asserted how people should call out those who are truly responsible for what’s happening and not her husband.
