Miss Universe Philippines Bea Millan-Windorski shared a bit of her preparations for the upcoming Miss Universe competition which will be held at Puerto Rico on November 24. In an exclusive interview with PUSH ABS-CBN, the beauty queen expressed her excitement to represent the country.
Bea shared how she’s been laser-focused on her preparations as the finals night of Miss Universe is fast approaching. Compared to her MUPH preparations, she admitted how much stronger she is both physically and mentally now.
“This time around, I'm really hitting the gym, focusing on my health and fitness. And then, I'm also making sure that I'm as mentally strong as possible, working with my Q&A coaches, and also taking some time for myself to really recalibrate before the competition begins,” she said.
While there may be pressure in representing the country on the global stage, the beauty queen proudly shared how it’s been a dream of hers ever since she was just a child. She maintained how honored she is to be the reigning MUPH.
“I've said in a previous interview that one of my biggest fears is disappointing the Filipino people, and I really hope to continue the Philippines' strong placement streak. But at the same time, I really feel like I've already fulfilled all of my childhood wishes. My dream growing up was really to represent the Philippines on the international stage,” she admitted.

Bea assured people that she will be continuing her hard work to make sure she represents the country well.
“So by making it to the Miss Universe Philippines crown, I already feel as if I've won. And of course, I'm going to work as hard as possible to make the Philippines proud in Puerto Rico, but really the greatest honor of my life is being your Miss Universe Philippines,” she ended.
