Robi Domingo marked his 37th birthday with a reflection on fatherhood and the new lessons he has been learning since becoming a dad.
On September 27, the Kapamilya host shared an Instagram post featuring a sweet moment with his son, Emmanuel. In the video, Robi played a nursery rhyme on the keyboard while carrying his baby boy on his lap.
“Learning the ABCs of fatherhood, one little note at a time. 🎹❤️,” he wrote.

As he celebrated another year of life, Robi looked back on how becoming a father has also given him a new perspective on himself, his wife Maiqui Pineda, and the things that matter most to him.
“Somehow, life has a funny way of teaching you the most important lessons when you least expect them. Getting to know this little human, learning more about my wife, and discovering new sides of myself along the way have been some of the greatest blessings I could ever receive," he reflected.
For Robi, fatherhood has come with its share of challenges and unfamiliar experiences, but he described them as a privilege he deeply values.
“It’s messy, it’s humbling, it’s full of firsts, and it’s a privilege I never want to take for granted.”
He added: “37 years around the sun, and I think I’m only beginning to understand what truly matters.”
Robi ended his birthday message by embracing the continuous process of learning and growing as he navigates this new chapter with his family.
“Here’s to learning, unlearning, growing, and loving a little more every day. Happy birthday to me. 🤍,” he wrote.
Robi first shared that he welcomed his son with Maiqui in June.
The couple later celebrated another milestone in September when their son was baptized. The ceremony was officiated by Father Tito Caluag, with photos from the special occasion shared on social media by the couple’s friends Bianca Gonzalez and Darren Espanto.
