Red Spiegelman ended her Miss International Queen 2026 campaign in the Top 6, falling short of the Top 3 during the pageant’s coronation night on Saturday, September 19, in Pattaya, Thailand.
Spiegelman was among the six finalists alongside Colombia’s Catalina Vallejo, France’s Ines Mess, the United States’ Lo Colby, Japan’s Saki Iwai, and Thailand’s Theerachaya Pimkitidaj.

Lo Colby won the coveted title, achieving a back-to-back victory. Meanwhile, Thailand's Theerachaya Pimkitidaj was named 1st runner-up, while Japan's Saki Iwai was hailed 2nd runner-up.
Spiegelman wore a black ensemble by Filipino designer Chico Estiva during the evening gown segment. Her performance granted her a spot in the Top 12 where she strutted the stage in a two-piece swimsuit.
During the Top 6 question-and-answer portion, Spiegelman was asked how she would separate friendship from competition when facing defeat.
In her response, she highlighted the value of sisterhood, saying that another person’s dream can also become her own.
"It might be my dream, but it’s a sister’s dream as well," Spiegelman said.
She added that being on the stage itself was already a victory, particularly as transgender women use the platform to make themselves visible and speak about the issues they advocate for.
"This is a win already, being here on this stage, because we are visible and we are voicing out the things we’re fighting for," she said.
Despite her answer, it was not enough to sufficiently secure her spot in the final round of the competition, leaving Japan, USA, and Thailand in the Top 3.
The Miss International Queen pageant brings together transgender women from different countries. The 2026 edition featured 27 delegates competing for the title.
The Philippines previously won the Miss International Queen crown three times, with Kevin Balot taking the title in 2012, Trixie Maristela in 2015, and Fuschia Anne Ravena in 2022.
