In her post, the former beauty queen admitted that only a few people saw “the most vulnerable” side of her as she rarely shows it to the public. For her, it’s “not the prettiest version” of her but she’s ready to tell everyone how it’s been like.
“Pregnancy has been one of the most challenging and humbling experiences I had to go through emotionally and mentally.I experienced my mental health at its lowest and many were the days where I thought ‘I can’t do this,’” she admitted.
Celeste shared the changes that her body had gone through in the past nine months which included her growing tummy and the acne breakouts. Apart from the physical changes, she shared how the emotions were all over the place as well.
“I felt sadness, despair, anxiety, depression and at times, an overwhelming sense of loneliness - all while fighting in trying to stay healthy, take care of myself, facing challenges and balance my hormones - something I definitely underestimated. Everything manifested in my skin, my mood, and my body,” she explained.

“I saw a version of me I could barely recognize and some days I struggled to look at myself and feel like me,” she added.
Despite this, she expressed how she discovered a strength within herself that she never knew that she had. She maintained how amazed she is with her fellow mothers who also go through the same challenges as her.
“I have such deep respect for all moms out there and just know that whatever challenge you may be facing you are strong and you can get through anything because through all of it, the only thought that could always bring me back was the amazing work my body was doing in growing, nourishing and protecting baby S,” she said.
As she’s about to welcome her firstborn, Celeste asserts how excited she is as she enters a new chapter of her life–– motherhood.
“I’m at the finish line now, and I can’t wait to discover this new version of me - healed, stronger, and ready to be your mommy. 💙Ti amo per sempre my little angel,” she ended.
