Filipino-American singer Jessica Sanchez is set to be inducted into the Asian Hall of Fame as part of its Class of 2026.

The induction ceremony is scheduled to take place on November 5 in Los Angeles, California.

In a statement reported by Billboard, Asian Hall of Fame President and CEO Maki Hsieh described this year's inductees as role models whose contributions will leave a lasting impact on future generations

“During times of worldwide conflict, Asian Hall of Fame serves as a beacon of cross-cultural collaboration and interracial synergy,” Maki remarked.

“Class of 2026 Inductees and Goodwill Ambassadors are role models whose endearing legacies advance culture, commerce and community for generations to come," he added.

According to its website, the Asian Hall of Fame is "a cross-cultural platform dedicated to advancing Asian and Native legacy, early-career achievement, and interracial collaboration for the betterment of all."

Jessica's upcoming induction follows another major career milestone after she emerged as the winner of the 20th season of America's Got Talent in 2025.

Following her victory, the Filipino-American singer previously took to social media to look back on her journey, which began two decades ago when she first joined the competition.

"I've taken the last two days to sit still, breathe, and truly process everything that just happened. My heart is overflowing with joy, gratitude, and a peace I can’t quite put into words," she said in her post.

Jessica reflected on the challenges and setbacks she faced throughout her career, sharing how these experiences helped prepare her for her eventual triumph.

"Winning America's Got Talent wasn’t just about a single performance or one night… It was about a journey that began over 20 years ago. From a little girl with a dream and a voice that was bigger than her confidence, to the countless auditions, rejections, stages, and moments of doubt along the way… every single step shaped me and prepared me for this moment," she stated.

The singer also emphasized the importance of perseverance and faith, describing her victory as a reminder that dreams can come true at the right time.

"This isn't just a trophy or a title, it's the reminder that dreams delayed are not dreams denied. That God's timing is always perfect. That perseverance, faith, and love can carry you through valleys you never thought you'd get out of," she remarked.

Before her America's Got Talent victory, Jessica also competed in the 11th season of American Idol in 2012, where she finished as the first runner-up.
