Kira Balinger is ready to turn up the heat once again as she takes on a bold, sexy look for a local clothing brand’s summer collection at fashion week.
In an exclusive interview with PUSH ABS-CBN during Day 1 of Bench Fashion Week, she got candid about her preparations.
“To be completely honest with you guys, medyo late na sabi sa akin na I will be walking for Bench Body. So, hindi ako naka-prepare masyado. But, iniisip ko na lang na body positivity, you know. Accept me as I am,” she admitted.

Kira said she also hopes to use this as a way to promote body positivity.
“You know, any body is a summer bod. Just get it in a swimsuit, you know what I mean? So, not much preparation is needed. Pero, ayun, I'm super, super excited for Day 3. Sobra!” she expressed.
The actress also admitted that she still gets nervous whenever she hits the runway.
“I think never naman maalis sa ‘kin ‘yung kaba. Siyempre, I always want to do my best, to look my best on the runway. But I really just keep in mind na, you know what, I have three to five minutes, minsan not even, to look good on the runway. So, gotta make the most of it,” she shared.
Meanwhile, Kira also got real about her tandem with Josh Ford in the ongoing series The Secrets of Hotel 88.
“Josh and I were very very close doing those scenes. Sobrang opposite kami like in person pero sa character ang taray ko, so when I was doing the scenes medyo kinakabahan ako na nagi-guilty ako kasi hindi ko naman talaga kayang sigawan si Josh in real life. But now that I'm watching the scenes kasi napalabas na, nakakatawa siya, so abangan. So ayun, abangan pa ‘yung marami pang tarayan namin,” she expressed.
Both Kira and Josh also appear in a horror film that is currently showing in theaters.
“Our movie na Huwag Kang Titingin is now showing in cinemas nationwide. This is my first horror movie so I'm super duper grateful to be part of this. So bring your friends, bring your family if you want a good scare. And also guys, don't miss out. Showing pa rin po ang The Secrets of Hotel 88. This is on GMA and iWant,” Kira said.
