MANILA -- Brava, Maris!
Actress Maris Racal amazed hosts and audiences of "It's Showtime" on Wednesday as she invited everyone to watch her movie "Sunshine" in different languages.
In the noontime program, Racal spoke in Italian as she invited the viewers to support and watch her award-winning movie. She was also game in speaking in Visayan and Tagalog to promote the first day showing of her film.
"Beh ito na nga beh, manood kayo ng 'Sunshine.' Awa na lang talaga sa accla dahil inulan ang aming premiere kagabi at hindi natuloy. Pero okay lang ang importante ay safety. Sana manood na kayo ng 'Sunshine' today," Racal said.
This wasn't the first time that Racal spoke in Italian. Apart from speaking the foreign language in the hit action series "Incognito," Racal also spoke Italian during the Udine Far East Film Festival in Italy months ago also for "Sunshine."
The red carpet screening for "Sunshine" originally scheduled on Tuesday was postponed due to bad weather.
