MANILA — After weeks of being removed from YouTube, episodes of “Drug War: A Conspiracy of Silence,” a six-part drama inspired by true events during the Duterte administration’s anti-drug campaign, are now back.
True to the producer's promise that the series, which stars Ian Veneracion, will return, its episode 1 to 5 are now back and available on the video platform.
The comeback was announced by its producer in a social media post on Wednesday night.
"The silence is broken! Drug War: A Conspiracy of Silence is officially BACK. Dive back into episodes 1-5 and the intense world of #DrugWarSeries," part of the caption read.
Early this month, Rein Entertainment confirmed that five episodes of the series were removed from the platform but assured that "Drug War: A Conspiracy of Silence" will still be made available to audiences.
