MANILA-- OPM hitmakers Ogie Alcasid and Yeng Constantino collaborated for the song "Ikaw Ang Aking Pahinga."
The single is out now on various streaming platforms, while its lyric video has been uploaded on the YouTube channel of Star Music.
Composed by Alcasid, "'Ikaw Ang Aking Pahinga' is a song about finding peace in the middle of life's struggles. It speaks of "feeling lost and weary, only to discover comfort, strength, and hope in a love that remains constant through every challenge."
The single was arranged by Bobby Velasco and produced by Alcasid and Jonathan Manalo.
Prior to "Ikaw Ang Aking Pahinga," Alcasid joined Constantino's anniversary concert last month as a special guest. The two also served as judges on "Tawag ng Tanghalan."
Currently, Alcasid is also co-hosting "It's Showtime," while Constantino is doing her "Biyaheng Bente" tour.
