We’ve seen our fair share of infidelity-themed series, but “The Loyalty Game: Level Up” isn’t playing by the usual rules. Instead of simply asking who cheated on whom, the series turns love, faithfulness, temptation, and betrayal into one complicated game where every character seems to have something to lose.
And if you're curious about what sets this series apart, here are more reasons to watch “The Loyalty Game: Level Up."
Modern twist on infidelity stories
Inspired by the viral “loyalty test” trend on social media, the series begins with Ana (Janine Gutierrez) hiring a "loyalty tester" or another woman tasked to flirt with her husband Ben (Jericho Rosales) and find out whether he would take the bait.
But testing someone’s love isn’t as straightforward as sliding into their DMs. What happens when that test creates even more questions? The deeper Ana digs for the truth, the blurrier the lines become between loyalty and manipulating the person you supposedly trust.
Janine's 'mata-mata' acting meets Jericho's dramatic gravitas
Put two of the country’s most compelling actors in one emotionally messy story and, well, we’re seated. Janine brings the expressive 'mata-mata' acting she does so well, while Jericho taps into the dramatic intensity that has made him one of the most enduring leading men of his generation.

After sharing the screen in “Lavender Fields,” the pair reunites in “The Loyalty Game: Level Up” with even more room to play off each other. And because they’ve been open about their relationship as a real-life couple, their chemistry as Ana and Ben sure comes with an extra layer of natural familiarity, making every scene even more interesting to watch.
Dark and stylish cinematic feels
Who’s lying? Who’s hiding something? And who actually knows the whole truth? “The Loyalty Game: Level Up” keeps throwing those questions at you, with twists and secrets piling up as the story unfolds.
Mae Cruz-Alviar, together with Ian Loreños, Raymund Ocampo, and Cathy Garcia-Sampana, directs the series with a dark, moody atmosphere, with striking locations in Iloilo City and Bacolod giving the series a more polished film-like quality, while the steady stream of revelations keeps the suspense alive from one episode to the next.
Dangerous women making the game unpredictable
There’s no shortage of dangerous energy in this cast. “The Loyalty Game: Level Up” doesn’t leave all the intrigue to Ana and Ben alone, as its supporting cast is packed with formidable women who each bring a different kind of tension to the story.
Yen Santos, Kira Balinger, Elisse Joson, Maika Rivera, and Sofia Andres concoct charm and deception as they step into the world of the loyalty testers. Carmina Villarroel adds another layer as Ana’s mysterious mother, Imelda. Jericho and Janine are joined by Charlie Dizon as Ben’s sister Regina.
Put all these women in one web of secrets and psychological game, every face is definitely someone you should keep an eye on.
