The Gen-Z Total Performer Alexa Ilacad helped the Songbayanang Mag-Best Friends clinch ₱40,000 as they sang their way to victory in “Everybody, Sing!” Before the challenge even began, Alexa charmed viewers with a snippet of “Torete” by Moonstar 88, with her sweet vocals instantly winning our hearts.

Coming off that captivating intro, Alexa slayed the “Singko Blanko” round alongside four chosen players as they filled in the missing lyrics of “Nandito Ako” by Lea Salonga. The momentum continued as Alexa took on more missing-lyric puzzles in the ABS-CBN Studios exclusive “Fill in the Blanks” challenge.
Rolling from her first tune, Alexa energetically answered “magmamadali” to complete the line, “Ngayong nandyan ka na, ’di magmamadali, ikaw lang ang katabi,” from Maki’s chart-topping track “Dilaw.”
Sliding into nostalgia, “The Chambermaid’s Daughter” star jammed along to Yeng Constantino’s “Chinito,” singing, “Dahil nabihag mo ang aking paningin at damdamin.” She even playfully mentioned Enchong Dee, the male lead in the song’s music video and her longtime celebrity crush.
Alexa scored another correct answer with the prompt “sulyap,” completing the line, “Kahit sulyap lang, Darna,” from Kamikazee’s “Narda.” She then took a few seconds before answering “pag-ibig” in Kyla’s “Hanggang Ngayon,” delivering the line, “’Wag mong limutin, pag-ibig sa’kin.”
Channeling raw emotion, the “Miss Behave” actress belted out “Multo” by Cup of Joe, hitting the chorus, “Minumulto na ako ng damdamin ko,” with the missing lyric “damdamin.” She also successfully guessed “pagmamahal” in Ben&Ben’s “Kathang Isip,” singing, “Wari’y dala lang ng pagmamahal sa iyo.”
From band hits to girl-group anthems, Alexa turned to BINI’s “Pantropiko.” Singing the summer favorite, she proudly supplied the missing word “pangangamba” in the line, “Nawawalan ng pangangamba pag ika’y kapiling na.”
The challenge got trickier for Alexa with Erik Santos’ “Kung Akin Ang Mundo.” Despite not being too familiar with the song, she still managed to complete the line, “Susungkitin mga bituin,” with the correct answer “bituin.” She then lit up the next round with Sarah Geronimo’s “Tala,” confidently singing, “Aabutin natin ang mga tala.”
Diving into alt-rock classics, Alexa drew Rivermaya’s “Hinahanap-Hanap Kita” from the bowl and confidently said “minutong” to complete the line, “Sa bawat minutong lumilipas.” She even quipped that the game felt too easy for her.
Moving forward with Angeline Quinto’s heartfelt ballad “At Ang Hirap,” Alexa completed the phrase, “Magpapanggap pa ba ako,” with the correct answer “magpapanggap.” Following this, she nailed the lyrics to The Eraserheads’ “Ang Huling El Bimbo,” flawlessly singing, “Tinuruan mo ang puso ko na umibig nang tunay.”
Capping the set with an iconic OPM anthem, Alexa picked Parokya ni Edgar’s “Harana” and sang her heart out, supplying the missing word “nababaliw” in the verse, “Sa ’yong tingin ako’y nababaliw, giliw.” It was a fitting finale to cap her impressive winning streak.
