Early in the morning, Precious (Dimples Romana) informs Billy (Kathryn Bernardo) that Oliver (Migz Casimiro) keeps refusing to eat with them. While Billy understands Oliver’s displeasure over being deprived of the chance to talk to their father, she still won’t allow him to do so.

Despite their disagreement, Billy lovingly delivers breakfast to Oliver in his room, where he completely ignores her. As Oliver looks away, Billy gently reminds him about his blood sugar level, and the newly arrived Precious urges him to eat.

Stubbornly, Oliver requests Billy to grant him permission to speak with their father, but Billy only mentions another hospital visit. When Precious discloses that Oliver inherited his diabetic condition, he argues that his father is not to blame.

Billy points out that Oliver was really young at the time, so he doesn’t remember the fact that their father was the cause of their mother’s death, why they nearly got separated at a child welfare agency, and why they lived in such dire conditions.

Seconds after Billy describes her father’s neglect as well as her anxiety over her little brother’s safety, Oliver seems to sympathize with her frustrations. He then struggles to sit on his chair, prompting Billy to check his blood sugar level before he can finally eat.

Will Oliver comply with Billy’s disapproval? Let’s all find out in “Someone, Someday,” streaming on iWant and airing weeknights at 8:45 pm on ABS-CBN sa ALLTV2, Kapamilya Channel, TV5, A2Z, and Kapamilya Online Live (KOL).
