From their trending moments inside Bahay ni Kuya to showcasing their acting skills in “The Secrets of Hotel 88,” these familiar faces are back with a project that promises romance, drama, and plenty of laughs!
“PBB Celebrity Collab Edition” alums Esnyr Ranollo, Bianca De Vera, and Brent Manalo step into the spotlight as they headline iWant’s upcoming vertical drama “Half Sisters,” serving up bite-sized entertainment that’s bound to keep viewers glued to their screens.
“Half Sisters” also marks Star Creatives’ first venture into the vertical microdrama format, set to sweep viewers off their feet with swoon-worthy moments, bursts of comedy, and unexpected twists, all under the direction of Julius Alfonso.
As they geared up for their look test, Esnyr, Bianca, and Brent already gave fans a glimpse of their on-screen personas, sparking curiosity about the journeys their characters will soon embark on.
Esnyr Ranollo takes on the role of Ramon, whose arc remains a secret waiting to be revealed when the series premieres. Meanwhile, Bianca De Vera breathes life into Emily, Ramon’s half-sister.
Clearly thrilled to be part of the show, Bianca shared, “Bilang isang laking Star Creatives baby, I’m very happy and I’m so honored to be doing this with the Star Creatives family.”
Esnyr and Bianca—whose sisterly bond we’ve witnessed before, during, and after their “PBB” stint—couldn’t hide their excitement about reuniting on screen following the highly successful run of “The Secrets of Hotel 88.”
Joining them in the project is fellow “PBB” housemate Brent Manalo, who was brimming with energy as he embodied his character for the first time. Portraying Pancho, Brent’s role has yet to fully unfold, teasing a connection with Esnyr and Bianca’s characters that is expected to shake up the storyline of “Half Sisters.”
Even before the cameras start rolling, the bond Esnyr, Bianca, and Brent have shown behind the scenes has us looking forward to what’s in store for the series.
