Just in case you have been chronically online since 2021, there’s definitely a high chance that you’ve seen Ensyr Ranollo on your social media feed, for he’s among the influx of content creators who rose to fame during the pandemic.
And due to his immense popularity and promising comedic and acting skills, he caught the attention of the ABS-CBN bosses and was later on cast in a few films and series, which included the DonBelle digital series “He’s Into Her” (2022) and “How To Spot A Red Flag” (2024). Thus, it indeed came as a surprise for many when he was among the Star Magic artists who joined the “Pinoy Big Brother Celebrity Collab Edition,” in which he eventually emerged as the 3rd Big Placer Duo alongside his partner, rising Kapuso talent Charlie Fleming.
Now that he’s back in the outside world, the avid followers of the “Son-sational Viral Beshie ng Davao del Sur” are already excited to see what’s going to happen next in both his showbiz and vlogging careers. But before that, let us revisit first his exclusive “Atin A10 Lang” interview, in which he revealed a few fun facts about himself.
Esnyr began by enthusiastically enumerating the four things he’s proud of about himself, starting with his being certified Bisaya since he hails from Digos City, Davao del Sur. He also takes pride in being a content creator, a PBB housemate, and a member of the LGBTQIA+ community.
He may not have mentioned it directly, but we know that he’s a loud and proud “Bloom,” a.k.a. fan of the all-girls Pinoy pop group BINI, with Aiah Arceta as his obvious “bias” (or most favorite member) since he would often utter her name and jestingly consider himself as her doppelganger.
Despite being admired for his unique comedic talent, he confessed to being a jack of all trades who is a master of none. He does not consider himself great in singing, dancing, and/or even acting, yet he still makes sure to do his best in everything that he does.
Aside from his television and movie stints, Esnyr was also busy with what seemed to be his passion project—his well-liked “high school series” that has already amassed a huge following among his throngs of followers on YouTube and Facebook.
It was so massive and popular that Kuya asked him to bring his “Esnyr Multiverse” characters, or multiple alter egos—namely, Ma’am Castro, Balong, Margielyn, Bogart, Andrei, Jessa, Samantha, Charlotte, and Precious—inside the house for their one-shot film weekly task entitled “And The Prom Queen Is…” His performances in that specific task indeed garnered commendations from "PBB Collab" viewers and Big Brother alike because of how he was able to flawlessly transform from one character to another.
He may be one of the most admired and most watched social media stars in the country at present, but Esnyr is actually a huge “fanboy” himself, with Korean actor Byeon Woo-seok being one of his ultimate idols. Now that he’s already in the outside world, we’ve wondering if he is going to be present at his favorite oppa’s upcoming fan meet here in the Philippines this July.
