Introduced by “Kapamilya, Deal or No Deal” host Luis Manzano as the celebrity player for the evening, Lucky Star Crisha Uy found herself at the mercy of fate when the Lucky Wheel selected her assigned briefcase, number 11. She was chosen to face the Banker one-on-one during the game show’s September 19 episode.
In a brief yet entertaining introductory video, Crisha proudly shared her passion for content creation. Hoping to inspire her growing audience, she regularly uploads videos about beauty and makeup, cooking, travel, and occasional advice on everyday life. Beyond vlogging, she enjoys engaging in physical activities such as hiking, surfing, and, more recently, jiu-jitsu.
Before settling into content creation, Crisha began her career as a commercial model before eventually trying her luck at acting. However, she did not particularly enjoy the experience, finding it challenging to portray someone else in front of the camera. She preferred the comfort and freedom of simply being herself, as she does when vlogging.

As Crisha talked about her ideal partner, Pambansang Host Luis Manzano was coincidentally asked by the production staff to answer a call from seasoned entertainer Long Mejia who was absent from the studio that evening. Throughout the previous episodes of the game show, Crisha and Long had been “linked” as a “romantic” duo. From the other end of the line, Long showed his support for the celebrity player, encouraging her to play bravely until the very end.

Opting to listen to her intuition, Crisha disregarded Long’s suggestion to select briefcase number 5 and instead went for Mauro Lumba’s briefcase number 8. Since her grandfather favors the number because of its resemblance to the infinity symbol, Crisha knew she had to choose it, especially because of its association with good luck in Chinese culture.
Crisha’s opening round took a fortunate turn after she eliminated the ₱50, ₱100, ₱400, ₱50,000, and ₱150,000 amounts from the money board, earning an early offer of ₱55,000 from the Banker. After a lucky first round, her first two briefcases in the second round revealed six-digit cash prizes: ₱100,000 and ₱125,000. The ₱1 inside veteran actor Jeffrey Santos’ briefcase followed shortly after, prompting the shy Crisha to jump for joy.
Just when it seemed like things were going in her favor, Crisha unlocked the ₱1-million jackpot inside Inigo Jose’s briefcase in the third round, after previously eliminating ₱10 and ₱500. When the game reached the point where only one briefcase could be opened per round, Crisha made the unfortunate decision to bid goodbye to ₱500,000 in the sixth round and ₱250,000 in the seventh, wiping out all the six-digit amounts from the money board.
After finding ₱300 inside actor-host Emilio Daez’s briefcase, only ₱5 and ₱5,000 remained on the money board. Tempting as it may have been, Crisha took the risk of declining the Banker’s final offer of ₱1,800. Tension grew palpable on set as Luis slowly revealed that Crisha had won ₱5,000 for the night.
Relieved to have taken home the higher cash prize, Crisha expressed her gratitude to Luis, saying, “Thank you, nag-enjoy ako. Tsaka kakaiba, first time ko maglaro sa game show.”
