After an entertaining round of “Sing in the Blank,” another batch of “repre-sing-tatives” was selected from the Songbayanang Mag-Best Friends to represent them in the next round of the game.
Catching her interest, “Everybody, Sing!” host Vice Ganda approached best friends Makmak and GD. She first interviewed Makmak, asking whether he had ever developed romantic feelings for GD. Makmak revealed that he instead fell in love with GD’s older sister, especially after learning early on that GD is a lesbian. Surprised by the revelation, the Unkabogable Host admitted that she hadn’t noticed GD’s sexuality at first.
Despite Makmak’s unexpected romantic interest in her older sister, GD didn’t get angry when he courted her. Makmak even revealed that GD helped him get into their house by encouraging him to pretend to be gay. From being mere best friends, Makmak confirmed that he successfully courted GD’s older sister and is now married to her, turning their friendship into what he fondly calls “BFF Bayaw.”
The Songbayanang Mag-Best Friends then advanced to the “LipSing” category, where they were challenged to guess the missing lyrics of a song by reading the lips of comedian Iyah Minah and singer Makki Lucino. The Songbayanan achieved a perfect score of 10 with TJ Monterde and KZ Tandingan’s “Palagi,” increasing their time to 32 seconds.
