HOKA’s Flex Different brings performance silhouettes into everyday style. The campaign with Foot Locker brought sneakers, fashion, conversation, and music together at a September 4 after-hours event at Foot Locker Glorietta. In partnership with Footlocker, HOKA's Flex Different campaign looks at how performance-rooted silhouettes can move into fashion and everyday style. Built around bold colorways, recognizable designs, and the freedom to wear sneakers on one’s own terms, the campaign encourages different interpretations of the same collection.
Its local ambassador, Migy Romulo, brings that idea to life through his own approach to style. He mixes references, looks, and everyday settings, showing how each pair can become part of a personal wardrobe. In the campaign, HOKA is the starting point; how each wearer styles it is their own.

Six silhouettes, many ways to wear them
The Flex Different collection includes the Mafate Speed 4 Lite, Mafate Speed 2, Transport 2, Stealth/Tech Bondi 8 Caged, Project Transport, and Mach Remastered. Each silhouette brings a distinct character to the lineup, with the campaign presenting them through different personalities, aesthetics, and lifestyles.
Rather than setting out one way to wear HOKA, the collection invites wearers to adapt each pair to their own wardrobe, mood, and personality. Its bold proportions and recognizable designs carry the brand’s performance identity into everyday style.
A night of sneakers, style, and sound
The campaign’s final event, Foot Locker Fridays: Flex Different After Hours Party, took place at Foot Locker Glorietta on September 4. The retail space became an after-hours setting for fashion and culture, where guests could see the collection presented across different styles and expressions.
The presentation placed the sneakers in an everyday fashion context, extending beyond a purely performance setting. Fashion, movement, music, and conversation brought the collection together within the event.
Charms shaped by everyday moments
HOKA also collaborated with BITTO on three surprise charm designs, each representing a different style personality. The charms offer another way for consumers to personalize their HOKA pairs.

BITTO described the inspiration behind the collaboration:
"For this collaboration, the inspiration was all about pausing to capture those incidental, transitional moments of the day. I wanted the styling to highlight completely distinct streetwear energies, showing how different personalities can all be grounded by the same foundation of HOKA comfort."
The three characters each wear a different HOKA silhouette. The Urban Explorer wears the Mafate Speed 4 Lite with tactical layers and earth tones, in a utilitarian look designed for someone who treats the city like an outdoor trail.
BITTO charms featuring the Urban Explorer, Creative Commuter, and Referee
The Creative Commuter wears the Bondi 8 TS Caged with a classic chore coat and striped tote. BITTO describes the look as laid-back and creative, adding, "It’s laid-back and creative—and honestly, this one is the closest representation of my own everyday style."
The Referee, wearing the Transport 2, is a playful reference to Foot Locker’s referee uniform. BITTO describes this character as representing a "bold, active sneakerhead who is deeply rooted in the culture."
Consumers can receive an exclusive BITTO charm with the purchase of any HOKA pair at select Foot Locker stores. Each charm comes in a sealed package, so the design is a surprise, and availability lasts while supplies last.
Different voices, one shared conversation
The event also made room for conversations about personal style and individuality. Through The Exchange, selected Flex Different Campaign Buzzers—creatives with different perspectives, disciplines, and approaches to style—discussed how they express themselves, what influences how they dress, and how they interpret HOKA through their own creative lens.

The conversations showed how the same silhouette can take on a different identity depending on who wears it. Rather than defining one way to “Flex Different,” The Exchange brought the campaign’s idea to life through individual perspectives.
SoundFlex adds a musical dimension
Music added another expression to the evening through SoundFlex, featuring a live DJ set by emerging local artist SERVI. The set joined the event’s mix of sneakers, fashion, conversation, music, and movement.
Through Foot Locker Fridays, HOKA and Foot Locker placed the Flex Different collection in a setting shaped by style, sound, community, and personal expression. The campaign carries HOKA’s performance-rooted design language into fashion and culture while retaining its performance identity.
