1. Celebrate 15 years of Angeline Quinto

Angeline Quinto marks her 15th anniversary in showbiz with “AQuinse,” a concert that looks back on the songs and milestones that shaped her career. Expect plenty of nostalgia as the “Power Diva” revisits her journey since winning “Star Power” in 2011, with special guests Erik Santos, Skusta Clee, Viñas Deluxe, Brigiding, Precious Paula Nicole and more. 2. Rock out with LaLaLaFest Manila

Make a day of it at the inaugural LaLaLaFest Manila, bringing an international-heavy lineup to the World Trade Center. Grammy winner Steve Lacy, Two Door Cinema Club, FLO and Dermot Kennedy headline the festival, with local favorites Ben&Ben, Maki, Over October, Dilaw and fitterkarma also on the bill. 3. See Everglow return to Manila

K-pop girl group Everglow returns to the Philippines for its “RE:CODE” world tour. The four-member lineup of E:U, Sihyeon, Onda and Aisha will bring its powerful vocals, choreography and “girl crush” energy to Filipino FOREVERs for the first time since 2022. 4. Get swept away by ‘Andres KKK’

Philippine Ballet Theatre revives “Andres KKK,” the acclaimed ballet inspired by revolutionary hero Andres Bonifacio. With an original score by Jesse Lucas and a libretto by Lilia Quindoza Santiago, the production explores nationalism, sacrifice and the Filipino struggle through dance. Mathew Davo and Dominador Delmo alternate as Bonifacio, while Jessa Tangalin and Sophia Tiangco portray Gregoria de Jesus. August 22-23 at Proscenium Theater, Rockwell, Makati City
5. Sing along to ‘The Playlist’ with the Sessionistas

Ice Seguerra, Sitti, Nyoy Volante, Kean Cipriano, Princess Velasco and Juris reunite for “Sessionistas: The Playlist,” a concert built around the songs that soundtracked heartbreaks, first loves, barkada road trips and late-night drives. The show is divided into four musical chapters: the Kilig, Broken, Barkada and Healing playlists. August 22 at The Theatre at Solaire, Parañaque City
6. Watch Star Magic take on GMMTV Thailand

It’s a SEAbling showdown on the basketball court as Kapamilya stars face Thai BL actors from GMMTV Thailand in the Star Magic All-Star Games 2026. The event also features a women’s volleyball match and junior basketball game, making this more than just a celebrity basketball game. August 23 at Mall of Asia Arena, Pasay City
7. Discover a new take on ‘Cinderella’

Repertory Philippines brings “Cinderella: The Tale of the Glass Slipper” to the stage for young audiences. The production promises a fresh take on the familiar fairy tale, with a compact cast of eight main characters, plenty of quick-moving scenes and lessons about resilience and consideration for others. 8. Go on a nine-course culinary world tour

Clark Marriott Hotel brings together six Marriott chefs and Kapampangan chef Bong Sangmit of Tito Boy for EPICURIOUS, a one-night-only nine-course dinner. The menu travels from Spain and Peru to Japan, Korea, China and the Philippines, with wine pairings and a performance by Kammerchor Manila. It's a splurge, but definitely one for serious food lovers.
