Fuel prices seen to roll back next week

Pump prices of petroleum products are expected to drop next week following lower prices in the world market during the Sept. 21 to 25 trading period.

MANILA — Pump prices of petroleum products are expected to drop next week following lower prices in the world market during the Sept. 21 to 25 trading period.

Based on the four days of trading on the world market, oil prices may roll back by the following amounts by Sept. 29:

Diesel – P7.00 to P8.00/L

Gasoline – P0.00 to P1.00/L

Kerosene – P5.00 to P6.00/L

All three petroleum products posted declines in the international market from Sept. 21 to 25:

Diesel – P7.50/L 

Gasoline – P1.50/L 

Kerosene – P6.00/L
