TikTok content creator Lottie Bie shared a joyful life update on December 19 as she announced that she had given birth to her first baby after years of quietly navigating medical challenges.
In her Instagram post, Lottie shared that the beginning of her 2025 was spent dealing with multiple medical conditions, including stage 3 endometriosis, adenomyosis, anxiety, chronic pain, and having only one remaining fallopian tube. She explained why she had been less active online, before revealing the reason behind her absence and the joy that followed.
“This is why I haven't been so active this year.
God, my husband, and I were busy building our little bee.
Yes I have a husband. Always had one. I just really like keeping my private life ... private.
HOWEVER. However?!
I want to share our greatest miracle yet, all to glorify God. Because I know many couples who could also use some hope and faith, struggling with infertility. And since I shared my endometriosis journey, why won't I share this redemptive season?
I was told we can't or that it'll be hard - having a baby of our own.
Then God and my cousin led me to doc CJ Omolida, my OB - a wonderful Christian doctor. She's been there from the very start. In diagnosing me, surgery, saving my one good tube, helping us conceive naturally, pregnancy, delivery and beyond.
All of it, God orchestrated,” Lottie shared in her caption.
Alongside her caption, Lottie shared clips showing how her year began with pain and medical treatment and how it ended with the safe delivery of her baby.

Looking back on that period, she reflected on how faith helped her through moments of fear and uncertainty. Along with her announcing that she had just given birth to her ‘greatest miracle’ she also shared a passage that she said gave her strength during her diagnosis.
“When I got diagnosed, I found this verse. It just popped out during one of the nights I was desperate for God, worrying about our future.
Psalm 16:9-11
'Therefore my heart is glad and my tongue rejoices, my body will also rest secure, for You will not abandon me to the realm of the dead nor will You let Your faithful one see decay.
You make known to me the path of life, You fill me with joy in Your presence, with eternal pleasures at your right hand."'
To us, it was God's promise. His Rhema.
'My tongue rejoices' - I should be filled with joy in the waiting.
'My body will also rest secure' - cast my anxiety to Him.
'Nor will you let your faithful one see decay' - Decay = Old blood = endometriosis
'You make known to me the path of life' - my one good right fallopian tube.
'You fill me with joy in Your presence with eternal pleasures at your right hand' =
His promise fulfilled.
I started this year with endometriosis and adenomyosis.
We're concluding the year with our very own Christmas miracle - our little bee π
And no endometriosis.
This is our story, our testimony, of the grace of our wonderful God!”
Messages of congratulations quickly filled the comments section, with netizens and fellow creators celebrating the news.
“WHY DID I THINK YOU WERE LIKE 17 π CONGRATULATIONS WHAT A BEAUTIFUL BLESSING! π₯ΉππΌπ«Άπ»π«Άπ»,” one commented.
“Omg!?!?! Lottieeee!?!?!? Na para nang mgkakilala. Pero s**t. Ito yung literal na "they can share things but not everything and a life you know nothing abt' s**t congrats Lottie and t o your partner πβ€οΈ,” another wrote.
Lottie had first spoken publicly about her condition in December 2024, when she shared a TikTok video showing her abdominal swelling. She recalled initially thinking it was weight gain, until persistent pain led her to seek medical attention and eventually receive an endometriosis diagnosis.
By February 2025, Lottie underwent her first laparoscopic surgery for endometriosis, during which an eight-centimeter cyst was removed along with her left fallopian tube.
Known for her massive following on TikTok, Lottie has built a strong presence online, with millions of views, likes, and followers across her platforms. She rose to viral fame through her “Multiverse alternate reality problems” series, featuring skits that blend humor and sarcasm in relatable everyday scenarios.
Beyond social media, Lottie wears many hats as a content creator, director, and Non-Fungible Token (NFT) artist. She has also launched her own perfume line, released a book titled Crumpled Pages, appeared in multiple TV advertisements, shows, and movies, and recently began her music journey in July 2024 with her debut single “Seryoso.”
