Celebrity couple Iya Villania and Drew Arellano shared that they are putting up their apartment in Sydney, Australia for sale. On the social media accounts of the actress-host, she detailed the specifics of their Sydney apartment and why they’re finding a buyer for it.
Iya and Drew’s apartment in Sydney is located right in front of Haymarket Light Rail and is near the Central Station which makes it a prime spot for those actively looking out for a new place to live in.

“We chose this area specifically because of its easy access to public transport hence not needing a car or car seats when we visit 😆 Central Station makes it easy to get to the suburbs, the Light Rail makes it easy to get anywhere around the city (takes you straight to Circular Quay where the Opera House is) and is also a short walk to Darling Harbour (kids fave Tumbalong playground 😆) and all the tourist places like Sea Life, Wild Life, Madam Tussauds and the Maritime Museum,” she shared.
The couple didn’t share the price at which they’re selling the apartment but maintained in the comment section that it is a “rare find” as the apartment houses two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
“Unfortunately Sydney prices aren't so friendly 😂 but for a 2 bedroom AND 2 bathroom unit in the city for less than 900k AUD, its a rare find 😆 most units I saw (when I found this one) had 2 bedrooms and only 1 bathroom. But because I have a big family, one bathroom is umm… difficult,” Iya explained.

Iya added that they’ll be getting something bigger in the future as they have already outgrown the place given that they already have five children–– the apartment they own now only has two bedrooms.
“[Reason for Selling?] Simply because we need something a little bigger because hello… 5 children,” she expressed.
She then shared that their apartment is only for sale for Australian citizens and permanent New Zealand Residents due to the hectic process that one would go through if they don’t meet the two qualifications mentioned.
“Open only to those who are Aussie citizens or Permanent Oz Residents. Unless willing to go thru the costly and grueling process of applying for exemption thru the foreign investment review board (not recommended by my agent),” she said.
