After a positive improvement in her health, Kris Aquino has been making a gradual comeback to the limelight this year, starting with a series of videos she did as part of Netflix Philippines’ C.H.I.K.A. (Chief Head of Insights and Kontent Analysis).

The Queen of All Media also made her fans happy by sharing a behind-the-scenes look of her latest endorsement shoot for a major e-commerce platform, which also prompted her to share a message of gratefulness on social media.

Kris wrote, “I normally write very personal posts, but i had an appointment last night, in Makati Medical Center. My PortaCath needed a rest and I’m back to having a Picc Line. These are some of the behind the scenes from my @shopee_ph print shoot. I need to say thank you to my #Shopee family, it feels so wonderful to be together again. Kayo may minahal ba kayong sana makipagbalikan sa Inyo?”

The 55-year-old host and actress also thanked everyone who worked with her on the shoot that day which included fashion designer Michael Leyva, makeup artists RB Chanco and Jonathan Velasco, and celebrity, and fashion photographer Mark Nicdao. Kris also shared how grateful she is for the good days when her body gives her the strength to go back to work again.

“@michaelleyva_ @rbchanco @jonathanvelasco__ and @markednicdao for treating me more than just a job, but for believing that the day would come when the stars would converge and i would be camera ready again. Autoimmune Diseases are so unpredictable, there are excellent days, there are ‘I can do this’ days, and there are days I just need to listen to my body and rest for a few days. Why am I working? Because I love what I do and this is the inspiration I need to stay brave to continue the process of healing one step at a time,” she wrote.
