KPop Demon Hunters singer EJAE gave fans a closer look at the rings she and fiance Sam Kim exchanged ahead of their wedding.
On August 14, EJAE shared a series of photos with Sam on Instagram, with both of them wearing matching rings for their ninth anniversary.
“So grateful to have someone I can call home ♥️ 9 years together and many more years to go✨,” she wrote.
EJAE showed off her ring as she placed her hand over Sam’s, while another sweet snap captured the couple embracing as the camera highlighted the ring.

According to the luxury jewelry brand’s website, the pieces are made of 18-karat gold and platinum. They had round brilliant diamonds alternating with golden Xs. The rings are listed at $18,000 or around ₱1.1 million each.
The couple have yet to share if the luxury rings are their actual wedding bands or just gifts they exchanged for their anniversary.
EJAE first revealed that she was engaged during a November 2025 interview with radio station 104.3 MYfm. At the time, she was balancing the major development in her personal life with the continued success of her music career, particularly following the global reception to “Golden,” her song from Netflix’s animated film KPop Demon Hunters.
During the interview, EJAE opened about the challenges she and Sam faced in their relationship. She shared how their breakup became an opportunity to confront personal struggles and learn important lessons about timing, healing, and their individual journeys.

Eventually, they reunited, leading to their engagement.
When she shared the news, EJAE simply exclaimed: “Engaged!”
“It was even crazier, like the dream to be a singer, that worked out too. Every things work out...It’s kind of crazy,” she added.
EJAE later gave fans a look into their engagement in January through a carousel of photos in Instagram. Among the images was a sweet moment from Sam’s proposal, which showed him down on one knee in a garden as he placed the ring on EJAE’s finger.
Another photo showed the couple celebrating with a cake bearing the playful message, “HAPPEE ENGAJMINT SAM + EJAY.”
Now, after nine years together, EJAE and Sam are preparing to take their relationship to the next chapter.
The couple are set to get married this year, although they have yet to reveal further details about their wedding.
