OPM hitmaker Yeng Constantino was reunited with her "Pinoy Dream Academy" batchmate Jay-R Siaboc at the Cebu leg of her 20th anniversary concert "Biyaheng Bente" that was held over the weekend at the new SM Seaside Cebu Arena.
Constantino surprised her fans as she introduced Siaboc, whom she called "my kuya Jay-R" before they did a duet of the OPM classic "Himala," which they also performed in the TV reality competition.
Following the performance, Siaboc expressed his gratitude to Constantino for the opportunity to perform alongside her at the Cebu arena.
"Si Yeng po ay napakabait na tao. Ang swerte ko po at nakapag-perform ako sa Cebu Arena, nakapag-perform ako dito," Siaboc said.
For her part, Constantino replied: "You deserve it kuya, you deserve it. Napakahusay mo pa ring umawit. Thank you for saying yes. I love you and your family."
Constantino also shared their duet performance via her social media post on Monday night.
Constantino and Siaboc were finalists of the first season of ABS-CBN's reality singing competition "Pinoy Dream Academy" in 2006.
Constantino was announced as the grand champion, while Siaboc was first runner-up.
Siaboc, who is from Cebu, is currently doing singing gigs in the province.
