Pinoy Big Brother alum Jarren Garcia passionately serenaded a packed crowd at the Skydome in Quezon City with songs from his debut album during his first-ever launch and fan meet.
The Kapamilya artist shared that he wanted his fans to feel his gratitude in every note.
“I still can’t wrap my head around it. It is absolutely crazy. I am grateful. I am really glad they came to support. I wouldn’t be here without them,” he said in an interview held during the festivities of “That Boy, Jarren,” Saturday evening.
“They are the reason I was able to do it. I put love and effort into the songs for them to feel the love and effort they gave me,” he added.
Jarren revealed that he dove straight into working on his record soon after he stepped out the Pinoy Big Brother house.
“It was something, me and a group of very talented creatives. It was fast,” he explained.
“The songs were co-written with Jonathan Manalo and Sir Rox Santos,” he added.
According to Jarren, he is also working hard to improve his proficiency in Filipino.
“I am trying to improve my Tagalog. I keep telling them to talk to me in Tagalog,” he explained.
The singer hopes to collaborate with other artists including fellow housemate Kai.
“I definitely would! She has an amazing voice,” he said.
Jarren expressed his deep gratitude for the opportunities his Pinoy Big Brother stint brought him, especially for the fans who stood by him throughout his journey and continued to support him beyond the house.
“In PBB, I was not even sure people were watching, but when I left the support was insane,” he admitted.
