MANILA — Davao-based pop artist Paul Pablo released his new EP "Multwoh Sa Paningin" on Friday, September 25.
The project serves as the official soundtrack to the 2026 queer supernatural film “Multwoh (Patay na Patay Sa’yo)”, now screening as part of the CinePanalo Film Festival 2026.
Paul gave fans a first taste of the EP earlier this week with a live performance at the CinePanalo mall show held at Market! Market! in Taguig.
The event, part of the festival’s promotional run, brought the film’s cast and creators closer to mall-goers while introducing the soundtrack’s songs in a live setting ahead of the EP’s digital release.

The performance tied directly into the movie’s themes: "Multwoh" follows a queer college student who dies suddenly in their dorm and returns as a ghost to finally confess their feelings to their crush.
Paul’s songs are written to underscore those moments of longing, humor, and heartbreak, extending the film’s emotional arc beyond the screen.
The "Multwoh Sa Paningin" EP collects original tracks Pablo composed and performed specifically for the film.
Rather than functioning as standalone singles, the songs operate as musical chapters that mirror the story’s blend of horror, comedy, and romance.
By anchoring the film’s emotional core with original songs, Paul’s EP extends the narrative beyond the screen.
Paul, who first gained attention with tracks like “Bangin” and “Kalawakan,” has long positioned his work as both personal and representative of wider LGBTQ+ experiences in the Philippines. He has spoken about using his platform to promote queer Filipino artistry and to normalize open conversations about love and identity.
