For a newly minted tandem, Dustin Yu and Bianca De Vera—better known to fans as DusBi or DustBia—have already built a passionate fanbase that quickly grew during their time on "Pinoy Big Brother Celebrity Collab Edition."
Naturally, these loyal fans have plenty of questions and are eager to know more about their favorite duo beyond what they see on screen. Well, Dustin and Bianca are also more than ready to return the love by answering these questions candidly.
One fan sent in a question about the most unforgettable thing they did for each other inside Bahay ni Kuya. Bianca replied that it's the little things that mean the most, like Dustin’s habit of refilling her water bottle, a small gesture that never failed to make her feel cared for.
Then, for the first time during the Kapammilya Chat interview, Dustin admitted how much he appreciates Bianca sharing her food with him. She would consistently offer him her food, even when she didn’t have much herself, considering the house’s tight weekly budget.
They’ve both said many times that they grew together inside the house, which has intrigued fans about what exactly they learned from each other. Dustin shared how he gets inspired by Bianca’s unwavering drive in their shared craft. He actually admires everything about her, whether she's being serious or just joking around. “Kaya kong makinig sa kan’ya 24 hours,” he confessed.
Bianca, smiling, added that she's learned to value herself more because of how Dustin treats her. “I just learned to look at myself in a different light. Dahil sa kanya, mas na-value ko ‘yung sarili ko at ‘yung tingin ko sa sarili ko,” she said, giving Dustin a tap on the back.
And then everyone in the studio cheered when Bianca was teased into singing a quick sample of “Lagi” by BINI, which they consider their journey song.
Another highlight from their “PBB” stint that melted DusBi fans’ hearts was when Dustin gave Bianca a tissue paper ring, which he said symbolized his “assurance.” Bianca shared how Dustin told her at the time, “Sorry, ha, ‘yan lang muna ‘yung meron ako ngayon,” and revealed that she still has the ring with her.
