Bea (Maja Salvador) finds employment at a gadget shop again, where she quietly observes a cheerful father gifting his daughter a brand-new cellphone as a graduation present. As she watches them, a customer complains loudly about her malfunctioning mobile device.
Both the customer and Bea have little patience for each other, and Bea furiously explains that an application might have caused the phone’s issue. Unfortunately, the second she sees the LoveList app on the screen, Bea yells at the customer and throws the phone away.
As all of these moments are transpiring, Mariela (Rita Avila) repeatedly fails to call Bea and breaks down because of one photograph involving her estranged husband, Enrico (Rowell Santiago).
