While they've crossed paths before at awards shows and special occasions, it's rare to see superstars Judy Ann Santos and Marian Rivera get together for an intimate gathering – over food.
Recently, Santos organized another round of her popular Chef's Night, a culinary event in which she personally customizes and conceptualizes every item on the menu, at her restaurant Angrydobo, which was attended by Rivera.
Wearing her chef's apron, Santos thanked Rivera, sharing, “Maraming salamat, Marian Rivera. It was a joy having you. Hope AD’s Chef’s Night made your night extra special.”
Santos added, “Alam kong hindi ka nagagawi rito [sa area].”
Rivera responded, “Sabi ko nga, hindi ako puwedeng wala sa’yo.”

During each love-for-food affair, the superstar chef would describe each recipe as the guests ate, reimagining Pinoy classics while still serving the restaurant's star dishes.
She has been doing it for years to connect with her customers, some of whom come in just to see her. In addition, the Kapamilya star stated that it is her way of expressing how personal her food business is to her, ensuring that diners leave with the best culinary experience at a reachable price.
Aside from Rivera, past editions of Chef's Night featured Julia Montes, Maja Salvador, Barbie Forteza, Eugene Domingo, Meryll Soriano, Dani Barretto, Chef RV Manabat, Maine Mendoza, Arjo Atayde, and Gladys Reyes.
