The Michelin Guide is set to launch its 2027 Philippine selection next month, marking its second year of shining a spotlight on the best restaurants in the country.
In a statement, the famed restaurant guide said the ceremony will be held on October 29, still at the Manila Marriott Hotel.
Just like last year, restaurateurs and industry leaders are expected to gather for a night of culinary excellence, with a curated food and beverage experience to be prepared by Michelin-recognized chefs.
The event will also be livestreamed on the Michelin Guide Asia YouTube channel.

A total of 108 establishments were included in the first-ever Michelin Guide in the Philippines, which was launched in October 2025.
These include 9 Michelin-starred restaurants and 25 Bib Gourmand awardees, with 74 dining spots in the Michelin-selected lineup.
All of the establishments that made the cut were selected by anonymous Michelin Guide inspectors based on the following globally applied criteria: quality of ingredients, mastery of technique, harmony of flavors, personality of the chef through the cuisine, and consistency.
