MANILA — Café by Westside, the all-day dining restaurant of Grand Westside Manila Bay, offers an extensive menu that brings together Filipino favorites and dishes from across Asia, India, the Middle East and the West.
Open daily from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m., the restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, with an à la carte menu available throughout the day. On Saturdays, diners can also sample a wider selection of cuisines through the World of Flavours Dinner Buffet.
The à la carte menu features familiar Filipino dishes such as Kare-Kare, Home Style Sinigang, Adobo, Crispy Pata, Lechon Kawali, Pinakbet with Bagnet and Pancit.
The restaurant's Kare-Kare pairs slow-cooked oxtail with peanut sauce and shrimp paste, while its Sinigang is available with shrimp, salmon, US beef or pork belly.

The menu also moves beyond Filipino cuisine, with Seafood Laksa, Pad Thai and Black Pepper Beef among its Asian offerings. Indian and Arabic dishes include Murgh Makhani, Chicken Masala, Vegetable Korma, Chana Masala and Biryani, available with chicken, egg, seafood, vegetables or lamb.
For more familiar Western options, the Signature Westside Burger uses US Angus beef served on a charcoal brioche bun. Pasta, sandwiches and other comfort food are also available, along with lighter choices such as Lumpiang Sariwa, Thai Prawn and Pomelo Salad and Vietnamese Vegetable Spring Rolls.
“Good food should feel familiar, but there should always be something new to discover,” said Chef Chris Lugtu, executive chef of Grand Westside Manila Bay. “At Café by Westside, we bring together flavors our guests know and love with dishes they may be trying for the first time.”
Dessert options include Dulce de Leche Cheesecake, 24-Carat Moist Chocolate Mousse Cake, Sugar-Free Tiramisu and house-made gelato, with flavors varying by day.
On Saturday evenings, the restaurant expands its selection with the World of Flavours Dinner Buffet, featuring Filipino and Asian dishes, Indian and Middle Eastern specialties, Western favorites, freshly prepared selections and desserts.
The buffet is designed to give diners a range of options in one meal, from familiar favorites to dishes from other cuisines.

Café by Westside is open daily from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. Its breakfast buffet runs from 6 to 10 a.m. and costs P1,500 nett per person. The World of Flavours Dinner Buffet is available Saturdays from 6 to 10 p.m. at P2,298 nett per person.
