The calendar is packed, and we’re not complaining. From Gary V’s return to the Music Museum and Ben&Ben’s big Araneta show to Shakespeare under the stars, plus cosplay and cocktails, there’s plenty to see, hear, taste and experience this weekend. Here’s what’s worth stepping out for:
1. See Gary V back at the Music Museum

Gary Valenciano returns to the Music Museum for “Gary V: Back at the Museum,” a concert series that celebrates his four-decade career and his long history with the intimate Greenhills venue. Valenciano has performed 103 shows at the 850-capacity Music Museum, which also houses some of his awards, costumes and other memorabilia. Shows run every Thursday and Saturday in October. 2. Catch Ben&Ben’s ‘Saranggola’ concert

Ben&Ben marks nine years of music, friendship and its connection with its fans with “Saranggola: The Concert.” The major concert brings together favorites from “Limasawa Street,” “Pebble House” and “The Traveller Across Dimensions,” including “Kathang-Isip,” “Leaves,” “Lifetime” and “The Ones We Once Loved,” alongside new songs from 2026. 3. Meet Kim Soo-hyun in Manila

Korean star Kim Soo-hyun returns to Manila for a fan meet organized by local fashion brand Bench. It marks his first Manila appearance since 2024 and follows his starring roles in “My Love from the Star,” “It’s Okay to Not Be Okay” and “Queen of Tears.” Oct. 2 at SM Mall of Asia
4. Watch ‘About Us But Not About Us’

Jun Robles Lana’s stage adaptation of his award-winning film “About Us But Not About Us” returns with a larger cast for an October run. Romnick Sarmenta, Elijah Canlas, Epy Quizon, Andoy Ranay, Kobie Brown, Marlon Rivera, Geraldine Villamil, Jack Denzel and director Tuxqs Rutaquio are among the cast. 5. Experience Shakespeare under the stars with ‘Macbeth’

CAST PH brings Shakespeare back to Makati with “Macbeth,” featuring Menchu Lauchengco-Yulo as Lady Macbeth and Tarek El Tayech in the title role. The outdoor production is part of ARTober!, Makati’s month-long celebration of arts and creativity. Admission is free, with donations encouraged. 6. Dive into anime and cosplay at Cosplay Mania

Cosplay Mania 2026 returns for a three-day Dazzling Diamond celebration featuring more than 300 booths, more than 40 cosplay stars and performers from across Asia, competitions, merchandise, photography areas, stage activities and meet-and-greets.
Among the guests are VTubers from HOLOSTARS EN, Malaysian cosplayers Prestonles and YingTze, Thai cosplayer Thames and voice actress Diana Garnet. Oct. 2–4 at SMX Convention Center, Pasay City
7. Hear the music of ‘Moana’ live

Disney’s “Moana Live-to-Film Concert” pairs a screening of the 2016 animated film with live performances of its soundtrack by the 78-member Filharmonika Orchestra under conductor Gerard Salonga. Janella Salvador and Gian Magdangal are among the featured vocalists. Expect “How Far I’ll Go,” “You’re Welcome” and “We Know the Way” alongside the full movie. Oct. 3–4 at The Theatre at Solaire
8. See BE:FIRST in their first solo Manila show

Japanese boy band BE:FIRST brings its “Watch Me Global” EP to Manila for its first solo concert in the country. The group previously appeared here alongside SB19 but will take the stage on its own this time. Oct. 3 at New Frontier Theater, Quezon City
9. Join ENHYPEN at fan meeting

ENHYPEN is coming to Manila for “Endless Dunkin’, a fan meeting presented by Dunkin’ Philippines. The event brings Jungwon, Jay, Jake, Sunghoon, Sunoo and Ni-ki to the SM Mall of Asia Arena. Oct. 3 at SM Mall of Asia Arena
10. Get swept up in ‘Over October Live’

Alternative pop band Over October takes its biggest concert yet to the New Frontier Theater, following sold-out shows at the Music Museum and its 2025 anniversary concert at the MOA Sky. The show will also be the band’s final performance with its original five-member lineup. Expect fan favorites, rarities and special numbers as the band looks back on its journey with its audience. 11. Go bar-hopping at QC Cocktail Jamboree

Quezon City’s cocktail scene gets an international makeover with the inaugural QC Cocktail Jamboree: Jakarta Edition. From Oct. 2 to 4, eight Jakarta bars will partner with eight QC establishments for guest shifts and specially created menus around the Tomas Morato–Scout-Timog area.
