MANILA — Former Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) director Jesus Fernandez on Friday pleaded not guilty to graft charges over the alleged receipt of a P4-million bribe in connection with the procurement of ambulances.

Fernandez entered the plea before the Sandiganbayan Third Division.
