In a media landscape where trends can shift overnight, Marian Rivera continues to demonstrate that long-term relevance is more than just following what is new — it is about evolving while remaining true to oneself.

Rivera's career has spanned television, film, entrepreneurship, and digital media, providing her with valuable experience connecting with audiences across generations and platforms.

Entering her fifth year as Nuwhite's celebrity ambassador, Rivera is supporting Glow For 200: Season 2 - Glow Beyond Beauty, Nuwhite's year-long creator development initiative aimed at nurturing the next generation of Filipino content creators.

The journey officially began on September 22 at the Enderun Tent in Taguig City, with 200 Glow Icons chosen from over 1,200 registrations across Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.

Glow For 200: Season 2 goes beyond showing participants how to create content. The program is designed to help them improve their skills in personal branding, content creation, livestreaming, affiliate marketing, business, and financial literacy. Throughout the year, they will get opportunities for mentorship, collaboration, and meaningful brand experiences.

The initiative is supported by industry mentors and personalities such as TikTok Philippines representatives Chinkee Tan, Ingrid Nieto, Maxene Magalona, and Richard Thaddeus, as well as established creators Anne Clutz, Hana Beshie, and Dr. Bea Chan.

For Maureen Estrada, founder and CEO of Nuwhite, the praoram has a vision that goes far beyond assisting participants in creating their next viral post.

“Our ambition is bigger than helping 200 creators succeed. We want Glow For 200 to contribute to a more responsible, credible, and sustainable creator industry — one where influence is treated as a responsibility, credibility is valued as much as reach, and creators are equipped to turn their talent into meaningful and lasting careers,” Estrada said.

“We also hope this campaign encourages more brands to invest not only in influencer marketing, but in influencer development. When creators are given the right knowledge, guidance, and opportunities, they do not only improve their own lives — they help raise the standards of the entire creator community and build greater trust among audiences, brands, and fellow creators,” Estrada added.

Rivera, according to the brand, exemplifies the type of influence the program hopes its Glow Icons will generate — authentic, credible, consistent, and capable of evolving without losing identity.

“We chose Marian not only because of her reach, but because of the trust she has built throughout her career. For nearly five years as Nuwhite’s ambassador, she has shown us that true influence is not created by visibility alone — it is earned through authenticity, consistency, professionalism, and a genuine connection with people,” explained the brand’s CEO.

“She has continued to evolve across traditional and digital platforms while remaining grounded in her values and true to who she is. Marian represents the kind of lasting and responsible influence we want our Glow Icons — and the next generation of Filipino creators — to aspire to,” added the brand’s founder.

With 200 creators embarking on a year-long journey, Glow For 200: Season 2 goes beyond follower counts, sales, and viral moments. Its goal is to help Filipino creators develop the character, knowledge, and professional skills required to turn their creativity and influence into meaningful opportunities.

Nuwhite hopes that by investing in creators beyond individual campaigns and product promotions, it can contribute to a healthier creator ecosystem based on trust, professionalism, collaboration, and purpose.

Because platforms change and trends come and go, authentic influence has the potential to endure.
