Katrina Halili and Kris Lawrence have found their way back to each other, rekindling their romance years after their relationship ended in 2014.
The couple confirmed that they are now together again in their latest vlog, where they opened about how they reconnected and eventually decided to give their relationship another chance.
During a question-and-answer portion with their daughter Katie, the couple appeared shy when the topic of their relationship came up. With neither of them immediately saying it outright, Katie happily stepped in to reveal the news.
“Sila na po!” Katie said.
According to Katie, her parents officially got back together on September 13 at 12 midnight.
The couple then recalled how the special moment unfolded, revealing that it came after a very light disagreement between them.
“Nagkaroon ng konting tampuhan pa eh 'no? Very very light,” Kris said to Katrina, who agreed.
“And then, nakatitig kami sa isa't isa, matagal. Honestly, it was like 20 to 30 seconds,” he added, before reenacting the moment.
The serious moment eventually turned into laughter, with Kris saying: “Tapos natawa siya. Tawa kami nang tawa. [Then] tapos na 'yung tampuhan...ni-hug ko siya, tapos biglang bumaba si Katie. Perfect time, [kasi] kaka-stop lang ng whatever we were feeling.”
The couple even showed their followers the candid moment they were talking about, giving a glimpse of what happened during that memorable midnight.
In the video, Katie asked her parents to kiss after she saw them being sweet with each other after getting back together. Katrina and Kris happily obliged, sharing a kiss on the lips as Katie looked on delightedly.
The three then shared a hug, marking the sweet moment as a family.
“I love you, Mr.B,” Katrina told Kris while they were hugging.
“I love you, Ms. B,” Kris replied.
Katie even captured a photo of her parents together that night, joking that their kiss was finally real and not something generated through Artificial Intelligence.
The sweet reunion continued the following day as the family of three went out to eat and celebrate. When they got home, Kris gave Katrina a brand-new wristwatch before they eventually cuddled.
Looking back on the moment, Kris admitted that he was overjoyed when Katrina finally said yes to being together again.
“Sobrang natuwa ako...after niya ako sinagot. Na-touch ako kasi naka-hug kaming tatlo tapos sinabi niya sa camera na 'Kami na! Kaya hahanap na kami ng bagong bahay!' Eh siyempre hindi ko alam na sasabihin niya 'yun. The fact that those words came out of her mouth, I know that she's already thinking about the next step.”
Kris revealed that the idea of having a new home for their family was already on his mind even before Katrina said it herself.

He explained that it was also the reason he had prompted Katrina to open a joint bank account with him, intending to put money into the account for their future home.
“Hindi ko lang masabi kasi hindi pa kami. Pero now that kami na, that's [the reason] why I did that,” he added.
Katrina, meanwhile, revealed that she had already been planning to say yes to Kris even before his birthday last September 1. However, their busy schedules kept her from getting the chance to do so.
The couple also opened about when their attraction for each other started coming back after years apart.
“If you're talking about attraction, I don't think my attraction ever left,” Kris said. “I don't think I ever stopped being attracted to her," Kris said.
Katrina, on the other hand, said she began noticing her feelings as she saw how Kris was taking care of her and Katie and trying to become a family again.
“Nung nararamadan ko nang inaalagan na niya kami,na parang nagpapaka-family na siya. 'Yung mga ginawa niya, 'yung inaalagaan niya kami ni Katie,” Katrina answered.
Kris also recalled how Katrina allowed them to reconnect in January after she decided to “let bygones be bygones” and give their friendship another fresh start. That renewed connection eventually paved the way for their relationship to blossom again.
“We were able to co-exist in one space without fighting...From that moment, I knew that it was the start of something special again," he added.
Now that they have officially found their way back to each other, Katrina reflected on how grateful she is to have their family of three together again.
“Grabe mga mylabs, sinong mag-aakala na makakarating tayo dito? Nandito na tayo sa exciting part. Mr. B and Katie, sobrang saya ko na buo na ulit tayo. Excited na ako sa mga future plans natin as a family....travel, foodtrips, bonding sa bahay, at kahit simpleng araw basta magkakasama lang tayo.”
Katrina also took a moment to thank their followers for continuing to support them throughout their journey.
“Thank you mga mylabs sa walang sawang suporta at pagmamahal. Hindi pa dito nagtatapos ang kwento natin. Marami pa tayong aabangan," she maintained.
