MANILA -- Actress and recording artist Nadine Lustre has turned her decade of life lessons into a music as she released her latest single “10yrs.”
The new track, which "looks back on a decade of growth, heartbreak, mistakes, self-discovery, and transformation," is out now on all digital music platforms worldwide via Cool Girl Records, while the song's official lyric video has been uploaded on Lustre's YouTube channel.
"I used to think life was supposed to make sense while I was living it. My 20s taught me that sometimes you have to live through the whole thing before you understand why certain versions of you had to exist. The falling, the rising, the losing, the finding. . . somehow, it all belonged. Wrote a lil’ something for her," part of Lustre's caption on social media to promote her brand new single.
Written by Lustre herself and Rose Caroline Mamonong, with beats and instrumentation by Isagani Palabyab, “10YRS” features violin work by GD Onallices.
"10yrs" follows Lustre's recent releases "Donuts" and "Personal."
