Teatro Kapamilya has unveiled additional members of the star-studded cast for its upcoming production "The Art of Breaking Up."
The newly announced lineup includes veteran actress Ruby Ruiz as Anita, Janella Salvador and Nikki Valdez, who will alternate in the role of Lou, and Jake Cuenca and JC Alcantara, who will both take on the role of Dino.
Also joining the ensemble are Anna Luna as Kat and AJ Sison as Jake.
This latest batch of cast members joins previously announced performers Brent Manalo, Yen Santos, Jarren Garcia, Kolette Madelo, Yesh Burce, Meanne Espinosa, Jel Tarun, Dingdong Bahan, Jude Hinumdum and Analain Salvador.
Based on "Kung Paano Maghiwalay" by award-winning playwright George de Jesus, "The Art of Breaking Up" is set to run from November to December at the PETA Theater Center in Quezon City.
Teatro Kapamilya earlier said the play, directed by Dudz Teraña, "follows couples as they fall apart, cling on, and slowly learn to let go, revealing the complexity of human connection in all its warmth, confusion, and heartbreak."
"The Art of Breaking Up" is the latest offering by ABS-CBN's theater production arm, which previously mounted "Tabing Ilog The Musical."
