MANILA — The Mapúa Malayan Colleges Laguna on Thursday announced it was suspending on-site classes "effective immediately" following what it described as a security concern.
"On-site classes are suspended effective immediately today, October 1, 2026 as a precaution due to a reported security concern. Those with on-site classes will shift to synchronous online," the school announced in a Facebook post.
"School administration is working closely with local law enforcement and emergency personnel, who are currently conducting a thorough investigation," it added.
