Leading the way was Maria Pasilang, who posted eight points and six rebounds as the Filipina hoopers earned their second straight win after also handing Mongolia a 17-12 loss earlier.
Kennan Ka followed with seven points, four assists, and two rebounds, while Kacey Dela Rosa contributed four points and Amyah Espanol chipped in two points, eight rebounds, and five assists.
Gilas will next take on Malaysia on Wednesday in its last assignment in Pool C.
On the other hand, Un Tai led Macao with three points, while Weng Lin added one point in the loss.
