The Alas Pilipinas women's beach duo of Khylem Progella and Sofiah Pagara notched another dominant win at the 20th Asian Games Aichi-Nagoya 2026.
The pair drubbed Mongolia's Khandsuren Gantogtokh and Tsolmon Batjargal in Pool G, 21-3, 21-3, Wednesday at the Hekinan Ryokuchi Beach Court.
It was a continuation of their breakthrough triumph over Maldives’ Fathimath Anal and Aminath Areesha, 21-6, 21-11, in the same pool just this Monday.

They will face Hong Kong next, scheduled for Saturday.
Meanwhile, Ronniel Rosales and James Buytrago dropped their second match in the men's side, absorbing a 22-24, 15-21 loss at the hands of Lam Toi Nguyen and Van Viet Tran.
The men's duo aims to bounce back on Sunday against Indonesia's Sofyan Rachman Efendi and Bintang Akbar.
