Former onscreen partners John Prats and Heart Evangelista will reunite once more on the big screen after more than two decades. During the media conference for their unnamed movie, the two shared a glimpse of what their JoHeart fans can expect.
John and Heart’s upcoming reunion film will be produced by Cornerstone Studios and will be directed by John himself with Irene Villamor serving as the Creative Producer and Angel Tomas as the writer.

“Yung mga hindi namin nabigay nung JoHeart kami nung time namin, ibibigay namin dito,” John teased.
When asked if there would be kissing scenes, the two just laughed it off and teased how everything will be in their upcoming film.
“Basta lahat ng hindi namin nabigay before, ibibigay namin and I guess as an actor also parang we’re so fully-equipped with life experiences, things unsaid, unfinished business–– I’m saying too much. Everything, probably, will be here. I mean you could say it’s like National Closure Day but is it a closure or an awakening? We’ll see,” Heart added.
In the same interview, John admitted how big the adjustment is for him as he transitioned from an actor to a director in the past few years already. Making his comeback as an actor, he shared how helpful it was that Heart is his onscreen partner.

“Yung ineexpect ko talaga na adjustment, sobrang laki but after that workshop we had, yung connection na meron talaga kami, yun yung nagpapalakas talaga ng loob ko na sabi ko sa kanya, Heart kaya natin, kaya natin ‘to. Kasi even us as a love team, ang tagal na namin hindi nag kasama–– 23 years–– so di ko alam kung magwowork pa ba yung Yuan-Missy chemistry namin or yung lumalabas sa TikTok na asaran namin but natural pala yung. Hindi pala scripted yun nung time na yun,” he expressed.
Details of their upcoming reunion film such as genre and other cast members, among others, have yet to be shared by the production team to the public.
The title of their upcoming project has yet to be announced as of this writing but the film will be out in February 2027 according to Cornerstone Studios.
